工作职责：
1、根据项目实施计划，开展项目实施工作；
2、具备一定的java和javaweb应用程序的编程基础；
3、负责收集客户需求变更及反馈意见，处理解决产品出现的技术和质量问题，维护客户满意度；
4、进行现场实施，包括系统环境搭建、数据初始化、客户培训及验收相关文档编写等工作；
5、定期汇报项目进展情况；
6、进行项目验收。

任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历；
2.了解Java、Tomcat/Weblogic、Oracle、Mysql及Linux等相关知识；
3.具有2年以上软件项目实施经验;
4.学习能力强，入手快，能在规定的时间内熟悉公司产品及项目实施规范，并且可以很好的解决实施中用户提出的问题；
5.服务意识强，有敬业精神，踏实肯干，工作认真负责、积极主动、具有较好的沟通和协调能力；
6.了解金融行业业务知识或项目管理相关证书者优先。
