Role & Responsibilities 角色与责任（主要描述其岗位需要承担的所有工作内容）
1. 了解客户品牌及相关渠道市场状况，可以基于客户需求，对策略下达准确需求，并协助策略思考购物者营销策略；
2. 具备一定的提案能力，能协助Leader完成策划及提案工作；
3. 具备策略及创意审核的能力，可以很好地根据客户要求进行审核，并提出准确的修改意见；
4. 能独立面对客户，并独立完成工作中的问题和突发情况，及时与上下级沟通；
5. 能独立管理和执行项目，有优秀的项目管理能力，确保工作项目的时间进度，监督并保证内部流程的顺利展开；
6. 具备商务报价能力，可以独立完成报价。
Requirements 任职要求（担任该职位所需要的工作经验要求）
1、 28-35岁以内，大专及本科或以上；
2、 5年以上工作经验，有4A广告公司经验，服务过FMCG/购物者/KV经验优先；
3、具备较强的英语和普通话口头表达，听说读写俱佳，具备沟通跨国客户（尤其快消品）的能力优先；
4、有跟进/检查完稿的经验，对检查完稿注意事项有基本认知
5、有很好的信息总结能力，可以将繁琐的信息准确整理成会议纪要
6、记忆力好，有能将繁杂琐碎的工作记住，梳理清楚并努力解决的能力
7、有责任心，注重细节，具有协作精神，有成本意识
8、适应能力强,有一定的抗压能力
