宝鸡蔡家坡耳鼻喉专科医院的前身为陕西省岐山县耳病研究所。1999年6月经县人民政府批准，按国家二级专科医院标准股份建院，成立宝鸡蔡家坡耳鼻喉专科医院。专科医院位于宝鸡蔡家坡经济技术开发区蔡五路东侧100米，医院占地5600平方米，现在职工35人。医院遵循“认真、诚信、责任、技术、疗效、服务”的理念，在内涵建设中寻求突破，在品牌深化中实现跨越，现已成为岐山县精神文明先进单位、卫生先进单位、医保、农合定点单位。是岐山县听力筛查中心，是我省*一所耳鼻喉专科医院，是全国耳鼻喉科研技术推广治疗基地。
