镇江北新建材有限公司是由中国建材集团公司旗下A股上市公司——北新集团建材股份有限公司投资兴办，是中国*大的石膏板产业集团。项目利用火电脱硫工业废弃物进行资源综合利用，建设大型纸面石膏生产线等新型建材项目。项目一期占地约320亩，二期项目预留300亩。项目位于沿江高等级公路以北，句容毅马五金制品有限公司以西。项目总投资4.6亿元，建设纸面石膏板生产线以及轻钢龙骨生产线，主要采用脱硫石膏“干燥煅烧”一体的煅烧工艺技术，轻钢龙骨项目采用双面镀锌钢板，利用龙骨机剪切成型。
