Fuhan Wood Industry is the first enterprise in China to produce blockboards, with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. It is a leading enterprise in forestry industrialization in Hubei Province and a high-tech enterprise in Hubei Province. The company's main business is the production and sales of plywood, decorative blockboards, decorative artificial boards, flooring, and other home decoration wood products. Its flagship product, Fuhan blockboard, is a Hubei famous brand product and was among the first this year to pass the internationally authoritative SGS 3G certification for green home materials.
Over more than twenty years of development, Fuhan Wood Industry and the Fuhan brand have won numerous honors, consistently staying at the forefront of the wood-based panel industry in Hubei and even across China, enjoying an excellent reputation and considerable industry influence. In 1992, Fuhan produced China's first blockboard; in 1999, the company was among the first to pass the ISO9001 international quality system certification from the UK's SGS; in 2002, the "Fuhan" trademark was recognized as a "Hubei Famous Trademark," and in the same year, Fuhan brand blockboard was approved by the State Administration of Quality Supervision as a national inspection-free product; in 2006, the company independently developed flame-retardant blockboard, achieving flame retardancy of GB8624 B1 level, a national first; in 2010, the "Fuhan" trademark was recognized as a China Well-Known Trademark, and in the same year, the company participated in drafting the "Circulation Marking of Building and Decorative Materials"; in 2012, the company's project "Key Technologies and Applications of Ultra-Low Formaldehyde Emission Wood-Based Panels from Agricultural and Forestry Residues" won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award; in 2013, as one of the drafting units of the national standard for "Blockboard," the company participated in the drafting of the most authoritative industry national standard; in 2014, the company was rated among China's Top 500 Building Materials Enterprises, in August the company was confirmed as one of the drafting units of the national standards for "Impregnated Paper Film Faced Artificial Board" and "Impregnated Paper Film Faced Plywood," participating in national standard drafting, and in October it was certified as a star-rated brand and star-rated after-sales service brand.
