The company was established in Kunming on August 18, 2007, and introduced advanced management models and concepts from Shanghai in its early days. Within just 10 years, it established branches in southwestern cities such as Nanning and Guiyang, with nearly 300 direct-operated stores, more than 5,000 agents, and long-term cooperative relationships with dozens of financial institutions. [Company Development History] On August 18, 2007, the first store, Nanyuan Store, was established. On December 18, 2007, the company officially entered Kunming Century City. On February 18, 2010, it officially entered Kunming's northern urban area. On February 26, 2010, it officially entered Kunming's western urban area. In December 2012, the company held its first systematic three-day senior management meeting, establishing a development strategy of scale and branding, and clarifying the company's three-year goals and five-year plan. On January 21, 2014, at the "Spring Festival Gala" themed around gratitude, the general manager of Zunyuan, along with all senior executives, performed a kowtow salute to representatives of employees' families, pushing Zunyuan's gratitude culture to a peak. In March 2013, the total number of employees exceeded 500, overall performance doubled, and backend departments began to be established, marking a critical time node for Zunyuan's breakthrough development. In May 2014, the company formally began distribution of new property projects, with the first project being Yifang City, which was successfully distributed by all Zunyuan northern district stores, causing a sensation in Kunming's real estate industry and making Zunyuan the first to shift from a brokerage company to new property distribution.
