The company currently has 360 employees, including 20 professor-level engineers and 29 intermediate and senior professional engineering technicians. It has a CAD/CAM development, design, and manufacturing system and a product design R&D center, as well as a product analysis and research center that uses software such as Pro/E and SolidWorks for product modeling and finite element analysis. Through its own innovation and development, the company has become a valve manufacturing enterprise with strong domestic and international design and development capabilities, combining scientific research with production.
The company owns first-class large horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers, CNC machine tools, large vertical turning lathes, large horizontal boring machines, supersonic ball spraying devices, and ball processing equipment, totaling 158 sets of precision machining and cutting equipment; automatic submerged arc welding machines, gas shielded welding machines, and other welding equipment; advanced physical and chemical testing, non-destructive testing, spectral analysis, material mechanical property testing, ultrasonic hardness testers, ultrasonic thickness gauges, and heat treatment equipment; advanced valve comprehensive performance testing, valve torque, and life test devices and equipment. It also has a complete set of advanced and perfect quality control systems and a comprehensive quality assurance system, with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO28001, API, CE/PED, and TS quality system certifications, as well as API607, API 6FA, and other international, domestic, and regional certifications.
Relying on an international design philosophy, the company has introduced advanced foreign design and manufacturing technology and has developed ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, and butterfly valves conforming to different technical standards such as ASME, ANSI, API, EN, GB, JIS, DIN, and ISO. Among them, high-performance large-diameter fully welded pipeline ball valves, coal chemical wear-resistant ball valves, and fully welded district heating special ball valves are Leimonde's landmark high-tech products. Product size range: 3/8"~60" (DN10~DN1500); pressure class range: ASME/ANSI Class150~2500L (PN0.25~42.0Mpa); materials can be cast or forged carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, as well as special materials such as duplex stainless steel, titanium alloy, and nickel-based alloy; the product operating temperature range can meet -196℃ to +550℃.
