About Mili Pictures:
Founded in 2012, Mili Pictures is one of the earliest companies in China to produce and distribute high-quality theatrical animations. In its five years of operation, it has produced and released four high-quality films, accumulating over 100 million yuan in box office revenue. Its all-age animated film "Dragon Nest: Warriors' Dawn" was favored by Universal Pictures for distribution in North America and English-speaking countries, and was released in 35 countries including Russia and South Korea. The second installment of its children's animated series "The Three Pigs" won the box office championship for domestic animations during the Children's Day holiday that year.
With a business model of Chinese cost, world-class quality, and global distribution, Mili Pictures' films "Dragon Nest: Warriors' Dawn" and "Throne of Elves" have received positive reviews on Douban in China and IMDB overseas. Currently, it is developing new film projects to further explore Chinese culture and promote it to the world through the universal language of animation.
Beyond theatrical films, Mili Pictures has also ventured into ACG and VR businesses. In 2017, it co-produced the web animation "Shenqi Huanqitan" with Penguin Pictures and Tencent Video, which became the first domestic 3D-rendered 2D animation to exceed 100 million views, and achieved commercial value in licensing areas such as game authorization. Mili Pictures' VR business combines "art + technology" to develop VR animation content products for entertainment, education, tourism, and other industries.
