1. Company Introduction
Runhemei, founded in 2013, is an e-commerce operation company engaged in brand agency, distribution, and agency operation. It is an advocate of full-network ecological distribution for more than 30 well-known domestic and international brands (Blaek, Nivea, Hormel, Yunnan Baiyao Taibang, etc.), with main positions on platforms such as Alibaba, JD.com, and Pinduoduo, and annual revenue of over 2 billion yuan. Runhemei covers fast-moving consumer goods categories such as beauty, personal care, oral care, and food. It currently has more than 1,500 online shopkeepers, empowering them in brand authorization, environment maintenance, operational experience, and joint marketing, and building an e-commerce community of shared destiny featuring "red flowers + green leaves + pine needles." More importantly, Runhemei independently established the "Ten Thousand Stores Interconnection" system to build an e-commerce learning organization for the fast-moving consumer goods ecological alliance. Currently, 532 brands, 6,086 online shopkeepers, and 8,069 stores have joined, and it helps everyone connect supply and demand free of charge, develop as a group, and grow bigger and stronger together.

3. Position Promotion: Positions are assigned according to ability, salaries are set according to position, employees can move up or down, and the process is open and transparent (see the guide manual for each position for details).
4. Year-End Rewards: All employees participate; those who meet the conditions can all receive awards.
1) Seniority Awards: Employees who have been with the company for one full year receive a silver ring (6 grams); employees who have been with the company for three full years receive a gold ring (5 grams); employees who have been with the company for five full years receive a diamond ring (30 points).
2) Monthly Contribution Ranking Awards: Each month, according to the contribution ranking rules, teams and individuals with outstanding performance and excellent overall work performance are selected and listed on the company's "Contribution Ranking," commended at the all-staff meeting, with a team bonus of 1,000 yuan and an individual bonus of 500 yuan.
3) Monthly OKR Ranking Awards: Groups/departments whose monthly OKR scores are green receive a bonus of 2,000 yuan.
4) 2021 Outstanding Employee Awards: ① Striving Talent Award: bonus of 20,000 yuan; selection criteria: "employees whose average daily working hours rank in the top 20% of the company and whose performance assessment ranks in the top 30% of their department"; ② Soldier King Talent Award: bonus of 30,000 yuan; selection criteria: "results can prove the ability to reach the industry's excellent level"; ③ Soldier King Award: bonus of 50,000 yuan; selection criteria: "defeat 99% of people in the industry and become one of the top one in a thousand talents in the industry"; ④ General Talent Award: bonus of 100,000 yuan; selection criteria: "thinking ability according to the Eight Methods of a General, possessing two or three general traits, and showing signs of becoming a general"; ⑤ General Award: bonus of 200,000 yuan; selection criteria: "core team members under one's leadership are trained from 0 to 1 into soldier kings, and the entire team is full of vigor."
Note: The year-end bonus is an additional reward given by the company to outstanding employees. Whether it is paid and the actual amount paid depend on the company's profitability.
5) Annual Red Packet (reward after completing the sprint target): With the group as the unit, if the basic net gross profit target is 100% completed, the portion exceeding the basic net gross profit target is shared between the company and the group at a 20/80 ratio, with no upper limit, and the group distributes it on its own.
6) Annual OKR Reward (reward after completing the OKR target): With the group/department as the unit, groups/departments whose overall annual score is green are rewarded with a red packet of 100,000 yuan and a domestic in-depth, quality round-trip flight tour.
