Beijing Nutrichem Biotechnology Joint-stock Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was successfully listed on the New Third Board on October 20, 2015, with the securities abbreviation Nutrichem and stock code 833819. The Company is a research-based agrochemical product supplier guided by market demand, primarily engaged in the R&D, compliant production of pesticide intermediates, technical materials (active ingredients) and formulations, as well as GLP technical services. By selling high-quality products to premium customers, the Company serves the global plant protection market. The Company has been honored as a National High-tech Enterprise, Beijing Enterprise Technology Center, a key cultivation enterprise under the "Ten-Hundred-Thousand" Project, and one of China's Top 100 Pesticide Enterprises, and has been ranked the champion among pesticide exporters for consecutive years.
The Company has innovatively established a development model within the industry that leverages the market to drive R&D, R&D to drive sales, and sales to drive production. It boasts first-class R&D teams and facilities in China. As of August 2016, the Company had been granted 103 national patents and 1 foreign invention patent. It has participated in the formulation of over 10 industrial standards that have been released and implemented, and has contributed to the development of 2 international standards under the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), which have also been released and implemented.
In 2006, the Company's GLP laboratory passed the inspection by the Belgian GLP competent authority, an OECD member, and was awarded the GLP Compliance Certificate, making it the earliest GLP laboratory in Mainland China to pass OECD certification. Its GLP study reports are recognized by the US EPA and major OECD member countries. In 2012, Beijing Nutrichem's GLP laboratory received the laboratory accreditation certificate from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). The GLP laboratory is also one of the units designated by China's Ministry of Agriculture for full-component analysis testing for pesticide technical material registration.
Meanwhile, the Company has established sound cooperative relationships with internationally renowned agrochemical enterprises, closely tracks global trends in the pesticide industry, and determines R&D priorities based on customer needs to ensure future market demand for its products. Currently, the Company owns seven wholly-owned production subsidiaries: Shangyu Nutrichem, Hangzhou Nutrichem, Nutrichem Crop, Wanquan Lihua, Wanquan Hongyu, Yancheng Nanfang, and Shandong Fu'er. The Company implements strict quality assurance and control across its production processes, strictly controlling every stage from raw material procurement, transportation, and storage to product production and packaging to ensure product quality. Additionally, it enhances overall competitiveness by ensuring stable, safe, and environmentally friendly production.
