条件如下：医生大专学历、护士中专学历，对工作认真负责，积极进取。
待遇：医生未考到证：底薪1500+奖金+值班费，有证医生：底薪2000+奖金+值班费；护士未考到证：底薪1200元+奖金+值班费，有证护士：底薪1500+奖金+值班费。包食宿，三菜一汤，住单间（独立卫生间+太阳能热水器）。试用期一个月，试用期拿底薪工资，试用期满后鉴定合同，医院为每位职工买养老保险、医疗保险、工伤保险等。当今社会快速发展，给人们的各种压力越来越来越大，出现精神心理障碍人的越来越多。精神科在我国的发展处于起步阶段，有远大发展前景，需要更多的医护人员。
