Shanghai Weisai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Weisai) was founded in 2007 by a team of returnee entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley and Intel's technical team. Located in Shanghai Zizhu National High-Tech Industrial Park and Shanghai Zhangjiang National High-Tech Park, the company is committed to the research and development of intelligent management systems for elderly care services, guided by the philosophy of "sharing innovation, delivering value", aiming to enhance the level of elderly care services in China and improve the dignity and quality of life of the elderly during the stages of disability and dementia.
At the end of the day, corporate competition is essentially talent competition. Weisai, rooted in China with a global vision, has brought together industry elites from China, the United States, Japan, and other countries, including outstanding software and hardware development engineers as well as senior health science experts. Faced with the reality of China's elderly care industry, it is necessary to break free from traditional constraints, innovate elderly care service models, and find a new path suitable for China's national conditions. As a pioneer in the industry, Weisai, starting from scratch, has no prior examples to follow nor room to retreat, so we have to keep experimenting and summarizing, eventually developing an intelligent platform for elderly care service management that suits China's national conditions - the Aizhaohu TM Business Intelligence platform. This system is China's first management system based on the "elderly-centered" design concept, with a tripartite management architecture of "institution - day care - home care", enabling visualized management of the full service chain lifecycle of elderly care service needs and supply, i.e., from the assessment of care needs to the supervision and management of service acceptance and payment.
