岗位职责
1. 负责SaaS平台的整体技术架构设计，保障系统的高可用、高扩展、高安全与高性能，支撑业务快速迭代。
2. 参与前端技术架构选型与方案制定，统筹前后端交互标准设计，推动前端工程化、组件化落地。
3. 制定技术规范与研发流程，指导研发团队进行模块设计与编码实现，开展架构评审与代码评审，把控技术风险，降低系统耦合度。
4. 负责系统性能调优、容灾备份、安全防护等架构层面策略的制定与实施，针对高并发、大数据量场景进行架构优化，提升平台稳定性与用户体验。
5. 跟踪行业前沿技术（云原生、容器化、低代码等），结合SaaS平台业务需求输出技术演进规划，推动架构持续迭代升级。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，8年以上软件研发经验，5年以上后端开发经验，3年以上前端开发经验。
2. 精通Java编程语言及Spring生态技术栈（Spring Boot、Spring Cloud Alibaba、Spring Security等），深入理解微服务架构设计原理与落地实践。
3. 精通分布式系统设计，熟悉服务注册发现、配置中心、熔断降级、链路追踪等组件的应用，具备高并发、高可用系统架构设计能力。
4. 熟悉主流数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL）、缓存（Redis、Memcached）、消息队列（RabbitMQ、Kafka）的原理与优化。
5. 具备前端技术视野，熟悉Vue/React等主流前端框架，了解前端工程化、跨端开发技术，能够主导前后端协同架构设计。
6. 熟悉云原生技术（Docker、K8s）及主流云平台（阿里云、腾讯云）产品，具备SaaS平台容器化部署、DevOps流程搭建经验者优先。
7. 具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，能够独立应对复杂技术挑战，拥有良好的文档撰写能力，可输出清晰的架构设计文档。
8. 具备较强的沟通协作与团队管理能力，能够推动跨团队技术协作，带领团队攻克技术难点。
