岗位职责：
1、协助产品经理完成产品的需求分析，系统设计，系统开发；
2、在产品经理的指导下，完成开发、测试以及开发过程中相关文档的编写；
3、指导并参与核心代码的书写，重点负责后台架构设计，参与模块设计开发，组织解决项目开发过程中的技术问题；
4、负责制定项目计划对编码质量、进度、规范等负责，确保产品质量与开发进度
任职资格
1、统招本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业;
2、四年以上java开发经验，要求有分布式开发经验优先；要求有银行对公业务或现金管理或财资管理相关领域开发经验优先。
3、精通JAVA、精通Spring、Spring MVC、Spring Boot,Spring Cloud,Spring Security等Spring相关技术，熟悉Struts2、Hibernate/MyBatis等开源框架；
4、能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题，精通网络编程，熟悉HTTP，TCP/IP协议；
5、熟悉Junit、Maven、Redis、Git等技术，具备项目运用经验；
6、对SQL、DDL等熟练掌握，熟悉Oracle,Db2,Mysql等数据库中的一种
