3.熟悉悉关系数据库如MySQL、国产数据库，了解NoSQL数据库、向量库
4.了解分布式系统、消息中间件，缓存系统等
5.有AI设计应用、大数据治理技术能力优先
6.具备良好的语言表达及沟通能力，能够清晰地向团队成员传达技术方案和设计思路
7.具备良好的文档编写能力，能够编写高质量的技术文档和设计方案
