自2003年10月中旬进入正式生产以来，热电有限公司承担了集团总公司的供电、供汽任务，并成为集团公司的热能源中心。本集团总公司是是山东省重点企业集团、农业产业化国家重点龙头企业，全国重要的速冻食品生产出口基地。产品远销日本、韩国、新加坡等。为满足总公司生产的需求，本公司一期工程装有2台35t/h中温中压循环流化床锅炉，配有1台6.8MW抽凝式汽轮发电机组，主接线运行方式为双母线分段，龙热线为与系统联网线，年可供汽21万吨、供电5000万kWh。
