Guojin Fund Management Co., Ltd. was established on November 2, 2011, with its headquarters in Beijing and a registered capital of RMB 360 million. It is a professional asset management company approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to engage in fund raising, fund sales, asset management, specific client asset management, and other businesses licensed by the CSRC.

Guojin Fund has seven shareholders, namely Guojin Securities Co., Ltd., Suzhou Industrial Park Zhaorun Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., Guangdong Baolihua New Energy Co., Ltd., Yongjin Investment Holding Co., Ltd., Suzhou Yuandaoheng Economic Information Consulting Center (Limited Partnership), Suzhou Yuandaoli Economic Information Consulting Center (Limited Partnership), and Suzhou Yuandaozhen Economic Information Consulting Center (Limited Partnership).
