医院现有职工103人，拥有中高级职称人员15人，占卫生技术人员的20%。现开设四个病区，开放床位100余张。康复理疗科现有床位30余张，中西医结合医师3名，主治医师1名，主管护师2名，开展的项目包括：小针刀针刺、电针、艾灸、穴位埋线、穴位注射、耳穴、拔罐、梅花针、刮痧、推拿、牵引、康复训练、中低高频脉冲电疗及红外线足底反射治疗。我科自2004年开展银质针温针软组织松解术，对颈、肩、腰椎病，骨性关节炎及腰肌劳损等软组织病治疗有独特疗效。自2006年开展椎间盘三氧消融、激光减压、射频热凝及胶原酶注射融核术来，共诊治腰椎间盘突出症400余例，总有效率95%以上。
