Hunan Hanpu Construction Group Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Hunan Province Hanpu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.) was established in January 2007 with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. In 2012, Hunan Hanpu Construction Group was formed, with a total cumulative registered capital of RMB 77 million. The Group has four subsidiaries: Hunan Hanjian Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Hunan Zhixing Landscape Construction Co., Ltd., Hunan Jiande Mechanical Equipment Installation Co., Ltd., and Changsha Yuelu District Hanpu Construction Labor Co., Ltd. The Company has departments including the General Office, Business Department, Finance Department, Quality Section, Safety Section, Cost Control Department, Engineering Department, Labor Union, and Party Building Office. The Company's contracted engineering qualification scope: Grade I General Contracting for Building Construction Engineering, Grade I General Contracting for Municipal Public Works Construction, Grade I Specialized Contracting for Building Decoration and Renovation Engineering, Grade I Specialized Contracting for Earthwork Engineering, Grade III Specialized Contracting for Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, Grade III Specialized Contracting for Highway Engineering, Grade III Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Engineering, Grade III Specialized Contracting for Environmental Protection Engineering, Grade III Specialized Contracting for Building Curtain Wall Engineering.
