- 熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流开源框架，有微服务架构实战经验者优先；
- 熟悉MySQL、Redis等常用数据库及缓存技术，具备SQL优化和高并发场景处理能力；
- 具备良好的问题定位与解决能力，熟悉Linux操作系统及常用命令，了解Docker、Kubernetes者优先；
- 有银行信贷管理系统开发经验者或金融行业从业经验者优先；
- 具备优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神，责任心强，能适应快节奏工作环境。
