岗位职责
- 负责芯片相关电路板（含PCB）的方案设计、原理图绘制及PCB Layout工作，确保设计方案满足芯片性能要求、信号完整性及电源完整性需求。

- 参与芯片应用方案的验证与优化，搭建电路板测试平台，完成样品制作、调试及性能测试，解决测试过程中出现的电路板相关技术问题。

- 对接客户进行电路板设计相关的技术支持，包括方案咨询、设计指导、问题排查等，助力客户完成基于公司芯片的产品开发。

- 整理电路板设计规范、技术文档及应用案例，为销售团队提供技术支撑，协助推进市场推广工作。

- 跟踪行业内电路板设计相关的新技术、新工艺（如mSAP、HDI等），结合公司芯片产品特性，提出设计优化建议。

- 配合研发团队完成芯片产品的迭代优化，提供电路板层面的应用反馈与技术支持。

任职要求

- 本科及以上学历，电子工程、微电子、自动化等相关专业，1-3年相关工作经验。

- 精通电路板设计工具（如Altium Designer、Cadence等），能独立完成从原理图设计到PCB Layout、输出制板文件的全流程工作。

- 熟悉芯片应用原理，具备扎实的模拟电路、数字电路知识，了解高速电路设计规范及信号完整性分析方法。

- 具备电路板样品调试能力，熟悉常用测试仪器（示波器、万用表等）的使用。

- 了解PCB制造工艺（如HDI、mSAP等）及材料特性，能在设计过程中兼顾可制造性与成本控制。

- 具备良好的沟通表达能力、问题解决能力及客户服务意识，能适应一定的出差需求。

- 有芯片行业AE岗位经验或高频高速电路板设计经验者优先。
