Chongqing Juye Construction Engineering Group Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was founded in January 1997. Its predecessor was Dazu County Grain Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dazu County Grain General Company. After successful restructuring in August 2008, it was renamed Chongqing Juye Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. in December 2008. In July 2015, approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, it was officially renamed Chongqing Juye Construction Engineering Group Joint-stock Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Juye Group").
