2.核心模块开发：核心模块的技术方案落地，编写高质量代码，解决开发过程中的复杂技术难题；
3.数据与接口设计：设计系统数据库结构，优化数据存储与查询性能，保障多维度业务数据（如采购数据、库存数据、财务数据）的准确性与一致性；负责系统与外部平台（如财务系统、供应商系统）的接口设计与对接开发，实现数据无缝流转；
4.项目协同推进：联动技术、业务、财务等跨部门团队，明确项目里程碑与交付标准，跟进产品开发进度，协调解决需求变更、功能冲突等问题，确保系统按计划上线并满足业务预期；
5.产品优化迭代：持续收集业务反馈，分析系统运行数据，识别产品痛点与优化空间，制定迭代计划，推动供应链系统长期适配公司业务增长需求。
任职要求：
1.学历与经验：全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，6年以上甲方企业级系统开发经验，至少主导过 1 个大型供应链系统或 ERP 系统的技术架构设计与开发，有从 0-1 项目经验者优先，有金蝶开发经验优先；
2.业务理解：具备一定的供应链业务认知，能快速理解业务场景，将业务需求转化为合理的技术方案；
3.技术能力：精通 Java，熟练掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等微服务框架，具备分布式系统设计与开发经验；
4.产品能力：具备优秀的需求分析能力、基本的产品架构设计能力，能清晰呈现复杂业务场景下的产品方案，具备跨部门协同推进项目的能力；
5.熟悉主流供应链系统（如 SAP SCM、金蝶）的功能逻辑者优先。
