1、参与研发业务需求讨论,技术方案确定，以及技术研发和产品上线工作；
2、解决各种疑难杂症,系统优化，并且完成横向技术与业务产品平台和组件的沉淀；
3、负责业务系统、基础服务、技术平台、框架、组件设计、开发、单元测试、运维；
4、持续完善系统功能，确保系统的性能、质量和安全；
5、对线上系统稳定性、可用性负责；
6、配合相关团队，完成技术部安排的其他工作。

任职要求:
1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，3年以上Java开发经验；
2、熟悉主流应用服务器（Tomcat、Nginx等）；
3、熟悉数据库设计和性能优化，熟悉MySQL，ORACLE数据库编程；
4、熟悉NoSQL、MQ、Cache、TCP/IP原理，理解多线程、集合等基础框架，了解JVM原理，了解软件性能分析、调优等相关方法；
5、熟悉各分布式开源项目，如Dubbo,Zookeeper,Redis,Solor,RabbitMQ,Quartz等基础开源框架优先
6、熟悉整个软件过程(如SCRUM)，能够沟通需求、控制项目进度，有良好的文档能力；
7、熟练使用各种工程工具：Jenkins、Maven、Git等；
8、精通RESFTUL开发及ORM框架（Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud、MyBatis等）；
9、扎实的Java编程基础，熟悉各种设计模式；
10、理解NIO/NETTY、多线程、集合等基础框架，了解JVM原理，了解软件性能分析、调优等相关方法；
11、有良好的组件级建模能力，熟悉NoSQL、MQ、Cache、TCP/IP原理，能够设计复杂业务、高并发、大数据量的系统；
12、有基金业务经验优先。
