Beijing Jinhe Network Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinhe Network"), formerly known as Jinhe Software, was founded in August 1994, with its headquarters in Shangdi, Zhongguancun, known as the core high-tech area of China. On the morning of June 13, 2019, Jinhe Network, in coordination with the State Administration for Market Regulation, reported to Han Zheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, on the application of Internet+ supervision in food safety and innovative measures in smart supervision, which received Vice Premier Han's recognition. On the morning of November 22, 2019, the State Administration for Market Regulation held an event titled "Smart Eye Watching the Kitchen" in school cafeterias, during which Jinhe Network explained the technical highlights of Bright Kitchen 4.0, showcasing technologies such as AI, blockchain, big data analysis, cloud computing, AR/VR, and location services, officially ushering in the era of Bright Kitchen 4.0. During the nationwide fight against the epidemic, Jinhe Network responded swiftly, donating over ten epidemic prevention and control platforms to market supervision departments and enterprises across the country, making positive contributions to the national fight against the epidemic through technological means and earning unanimous praise from various regions nationwide. On March 13, 2020, Jinhe's anti-counterfeit quick-pass code was specially reported on CCTV-2's "Economic Half Hour" as a "small tool to safeguard work resumption."
