岗位职责：
1、负责项目团队的养成和管理；
2、项目任务的分解和进度把控；
3、内部外部的技术交流；
4、有效的对开发建设过程中的重点、难点、疑点技术问题进行攻关解决；
5、编制项目管理相关的文档；按要求编写设计及开发相关过程文档。
任职要求：
1. 8年以上Java开发经验，熟练运用面向对象的编程思想并对设计模式有实际的运用经验；
2. 熟悉Java EE的主流架构，精通springboot 和springcloud框架，精通Spring MVC、MyBatis，熟悉JPA、EJB等技术；
3. 具备大型数据库规划与建置经验，具备数据库分布式集群设计经验，熟悉至少一种常用大型数据库（如SQLServer、Oracle、MySQL等）以及性能优化方法；熟悉redis、memcached等NoSQL技术，有Hadoop、MongoDB开发经验优先；
4.精通主流前端框架如：vue等。
5.熟练使用Maven和GIT对项目进行构建；
6.熟悉缓存技术、网站优化、服务器优化、集群技术处理、网站负载均衡、系统性能调优、系统安全等软件编程高级技术；
7. 对大数据、云计算相关开发实施经验者优先；
8. 有大型WEB项目高并发开发经验者优先。
