【岗位职责】
1、指导并参与重点项目研发，组织解决开发过程中的重大技术问题，参与技术难点的攻关与预研，对产品开发质量、进度和成本以及风险控制负责；
2、深入挖掘和分析业务需求，负责总体技术方案把关，带领技术团队持续优化已有服务，提升系统性能、稳定性、扩展性以及安全性；
3、负责技术团队的梯队建设（包括但不限于人员招聘、人员培养、绩效管理）和文化养成（好学、自驱、皮实、担当），提高团队整体专业技能，落实公司规章制度，出色完成公司交付的各项工作任务。

【岗位要求】
1、计算机相关专业本科以上学历，8年以上研发经验，5年以上中大型互联网工作经验，3年及以上架构师设计经验；
2、熟练掌握微服务相关技术，喜欢钻研技术，工作认真负责，能承担较大的研发压力；
3、精通java技术细节，精通Redis、Kafka、MQ等流行中间件的1个以上；
4、具有良好的团队合作精神、丰富的跨部门工作协调经验，工作态度积极主动，有良好沟通能力和表达能力。
