Shenzhen Institute of Intelligent Robotics

The Shenzhen Institute of Intelligent Robotics was established with strong support from relevant departments of the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. Guided by the spirit of vigorously strengthening basic scientific research, it is an international first-class new-type research institution oriented toward the global frontiers of science and technology and national industrial automation and intelligent equipment and system research and development. Based on core technologies of hyper-redundant robots with industrialization prospects, it focuses on research in industrial robots and automation, information-networked robot technology, advanced intelligent sensing technology, micro-nano processing and manufacturing robot technology, biomedical micro-nano robot technology, and other areas of robotics. The team aims to provide multi-faceted technical services for technological innovation, achievement transformation, talent cultivation, and international academic exchange and cooperation in the robotics industry. The Institute will strive to build a 'China Robot R&D Base' with core technological advantages. Through the Institute's robotics industry development promotion platform, it gathers renowned experts in high-tech equipment and robotics from home and abroad, achieving global resource aggregation and service sharing.
