蒙城新诚医院项目规划目标是一所综合实力较强的二级甲等综合医院，随着社会医疗需求的增涨，以及对医疗环境要求的提升，现代医院建设模式更注重于功能的多元化及功能之间的整合性，项目在65312平方米的用地内建设1400床的建筑规模，以满足综合医院对多项功能的建筑需求，规划总建筑面积186035 m2，地上建筑面积 149813 m2，地下建筑面积 36222 m2，容积率为2.29，建筑密度为28.5%，设计床位1400张。其中一期总建筑面积132603 m2，主要建设门急诊医技综合楼、病房综合楼、肝病中心、行政科研综合楼、后勤综合楼、和专家公寓以及辅助设施，设计床位800张；二期总建筑面积53432 m2，主要建设门急诊医技综合楼、病房综合楼，设计床位600张。本次环评为蒙城新诚医院一期工程，建设床位800张，二期单独环评。
