Lu Jin Shen Hua

Lu Jin Shen Hua Financial Leasing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lu Jin Shen Hua") is a financial leasing institution approved by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. It was jointly funded by Shenhua Holdings under Brilliance Auto Group, SHK Venture Capital under Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited, and Beijing Yunqi Internet Investment Co., Ltd. under 58 Group, and was registered and established in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone on November 6, 2015.

Since its establishment, Lu Jin Shen Hua has completed business layout in more than 350 cities nationwide, and has established business cooperation with nearly 1,000 brand-authorized automobile dealers, gaining a good reputation in the field of automobile financial services. At the same time, since 2017, Lu Jin Shen Hua has entered the new mobility sector, successively forging strategic cooperative relationships with State Grid New Energy, Shanghai Qiangsheng Taxi, Kuaigou Dache, and Huolala. In October 2018, Lu Jin Shen Hua, together with Shanghai Qiangsheng Taxi, a century-old brand in the traditional mobility industry, jointly invested to establish Qiangsheng Bannixing Automotive Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qiangsheng Bannixing"), a national enterprise providing comprehensive solutions for the standardized management of operating vehicles and practitioners, and subsequently cooperated with Xiangdao Chuxing and Cao Cao Zhuanche. On January 8, 2019, with the signing of comprehensive strategic cooperation agreements with WM Motor and Didi Chuxing, Lu Jin Shen Hua announced the completion of its "One Body, Two Wings" strategic upgrade, positioning itself in the future as a "comprehensive service provider in the new mobility sector," with "new mobility industry finance" and "new mobility industry services" as the two supporting pillars, providing one-stop comprehensive service solutions to enterprises along the new mobility industry chain, and fulfilling its corporate mission of "empowering a better new mobility in China."
