‌任职要求‌
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年及以上Python后端开发经验
熟练掌握至少1款主流Python Web框架（Django/Flask/FastAPI），深入理解其运行原理与源码实现
熟悉异步编程模型，有Asyncio、aiohttp等异步框架的实际项目落地经验
精通MySQL数据库设计与优化，能独立完成复杂SQL编写与慢查询治理，熟悉Redis、MQ等中间件的使用场景与*佳实践
了解Docker、K8s等容器化部署流程，有微服务架构下的开发经验优先
具备良好的问题排查能力，能独立定位线上服务的性能瓶颈与异常问题
