Changsha Rongcheng Hospital (formerly the Central Hospital of Sinohydro Bureau 8) is located at No. 15 Rongcheng Road, Nantuo Street, Tianxin District, Changsha City. It is a secondary comprehensive hospital integrating medical care, rehabilitation, community health services, and elderly care.
