2、主导AI Agent开发：基于LangChain/LangGraph等AI框架，主导AI Agent开发应用，实现 RAG、多智能体协作及工具调用；
3、全栈交付与运维：基于前端（Vue3/React）完成交互开发与前后端对接，负责系统部署与运维工作；
4、提效与技术攻坚：利用 AI 编程助手（Code Agent）提升研发效能等。

任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业；
2、3年以上Python后端或全栈开发经验，具备AI项目实战经验；
3、熟悉 FastAPI/Django/Flask 框架，熟悉Python异步编程；
4、具备 LangChain/LangGraph 等 AI 框架实战经验，深入理解 ReAct、RAG 及 Multi-agent 架构；
5、了解 Vue3/React 框架及 CSS/HTML/TypeScript/Vite 等前端技术；
6、熟悉 Websocket/Restful 协议；掌握至少一种数据库（关系型/向量）、消息队列及 Docker/CI/CD 流程；
7、熟练使用 Code Agent 工具，能利用 AI 辅助高效编码与测试；
8、具备良好的英语听说能力者优先。
