Chongqing Qingrui Group was founded in 1995 and encompasses six legal entities, including Bank of China Fu'an Industrial (Chongqing) Development Co., Ltd., Chongqing Qingrui Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Bona Property Management Co., Ltd. With real estate development and property management as its core, the Group integrates diversified operations such as commercial services, landscaping, decoration, electromechanical, and fire protection installation. The Group has successively received honors such as "Chongqing's First Top 50 Real Estate Enterprises," "Advanced Real Estate Development Enterprise of Chongqing Economic and Technological Development Zone," "Chongqing's Top 100 Advanced Private Enterprises in Employment," and "Chongqing Award for Caring for Migrant Workers' Children's Education and Building a Harmonious Society Together." The projects it has developed have been awarded the title of "Chongqing Double Top Ten Quality Residential Communities."
The "Zhongfu Building" developed by the Group stands in the central section of Nancheng Avenue in Chongqing Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is a landmark building in the area and also the location of the Group's headquarters office. The "Chunfeng Lvyuan" developed by the Group is located on Baihe Road in Chongqing Economic and Technological Development Zone, separated by a wall from the international commercial giant Metro, and pioneered the dual-staggered composite residential structure in Chongqing. In 2004, the project was rated as an "Excellent Landscape Garden Community." The "Yin'an Garden" developed by the Group is located in Shiqiaopu High-tech Zone and is a comprehensive building integrating commerce, office, and residence, providing a good development platform and office environment for incoming catering enterprises and others.
The "Oriental Cambridge" project currently being developed by the Group is located on Daxuecheng Middle Road in Shapingba District, covering a total area of over 300 mu. It is a comprehensive large-scale residential community integrating a commercial plaza, high-rise apartment-style residences, garden townhouses, and villas. Upon its first opening, the project created a sales miracle in the University Town and even the western new urban area of Chongqing with its outstanding design and ultra-high cost-performance ratio, receiving unanimous praise from customers and the media.
While developing, the Group does not forget to give back to society. It enthusiastically participates in public welfare undertakings, actively helps solve social employment, and strives to support small and micro enterprises. In recent years, the Group has successively organized employees to visit and donate to the injured in major disasters such as the Wenchuan earthquake; insisted on visiting and comforting old Red Army veterans and veteran comrades of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea during festivals; and repeatedly organized and participated in public welfare activities such as comforting military officers and soldiers, visiting students in disaster areas, and caring for and donating to left-behind, orphaned, and disabled children.
