作为以炸鸡啤酒为主打的Pelicana百利家，招牌炸鸡现点现炸，式样丰富、口味独特，包含8大系列，分别是香甜（招牌口味）、芝士（明星口味）、藤椒、咸蛋黄、原味、蒜香、酱香、微辣。每个系列的炸鸡都有4种搭配：全鸡、鸡翅（中翅和翅根）、鸡腿、无骨鸡。再配上口感清爽的优质进口啤酒，"炸鸡+啤酒"由此得名。

2014年，公司将Pelicana百利家引入中国，于2014年5月12日在广州北京路开出了在中国的首间门店，从此开启了Pelicana百利家的中国文化之旅，目前，分店已遍布各大城市。
