1、参与产品线的系统分析，架构设计，把控核心技术的问题处理，从技术层面推动产品创新和技术优化；
2、参与研发过程管理和控制，包括进度安排和控制、风险管理和控制、质量管理、配置管理、产品测试等；
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2、3年以上ERP项目开放经历，或者互联网电商项目开发工作经验；
3、对新技术有充分的敏感性，能迅速理解新技术并予以运用；能迅速发现问题并给出解决问题的思路和方案；
4、较强的项目管理能力，对软件质量有较高要求和严格标准；有新产品研发经验及软件架构设计经验者优先
技术栈要求：
1、熟悉Springboot、Spring、SpringMVC、Mybatis等框架；
2、熟悉RPC框架Dubbo、zookeeper等；
3、熟悉消息中间件RocketMQ、RabbitMQ、Kafka至少一种；
4、Java 基础扎实，熟悉分布式开发、并发场景，对JVM原理有一定了解；
5、熟练使用MySQL且对SQL优化有一定认知
