1、AI解决方案落地：参与企业实际项目（如智能客服、预测分析、图像识别等），完成AI模型从需求分析到部署上线的全流程。
针对业务场景优化现有AI模型（如NLP/CV/时序预测），提升准确率与性能。
2、工程化开发：将算法模型封装为可调用的API服务，支持高并发、低延迟的线上应用。
设计并实现AI模块与现有系统（如ERP、CRM）的集成方案。
3、跨团队协作：与产品、业务部门沟通，将非技术需求转化为可执行的AI技术方案。
4、编写技术文档，输出标准化开发流程。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机/数学/统计学等相关专业；
2、有AI项目实战经验；
3、熟练掌握以下至少一个方向：
4、机器学习：熟悉Scikit-learn、XGBoost等框架，有特征工程和调优经验；
5、深度学习：精通PyTorch/TensorFlow，掌握CNN/RNN/Transformer等模型；
6、NLP/CV：实际应用过BERT、YOLO、Stable Diffusion等模型。
7、熟悉Python，有 rpa 经验，有南网工作经验优先；
8、能接受省内出差。
