岗位工作职责：
1. RPA流程开发：负责企业业务流程的梳理与自动化改造，使用 Python 及相关 RPA 工具完成
器人流程的设计、开发、部署与运维。
2. 智能体开发：基于大模型 API 及 Agent 框架，设计并开发面向业务场景的智能体应
实现任务规划、工具调用、多轮对话及自主决策能力。
3. 智能分析与数据挖掘：利用 Python 数据分析生态对业务数据进行清洗、建模与分析，输出
化报表及决策建议；参与机器学习模型的训练、调优与工程化落地。
4. 系统集成与接口开发：负责与甲方现有业务系统进行接口对接，完成数据采集、流转及自动化触发。
5. 驻场技术支持：驻点河源客户现场，响应业务需求变更，完成机器人及智能应用的日常监控、异常处理与迭代优化。
6. 技术文档编写：撰写需求文档、技术方案、操作手册及培训材料，协助业务人员完成 RPA 及智能工具的推广使用。
任职要求：
1. Python 基础扎实：精通 Python 编程，熟悉常用标准库及第三方库，代码规范性强，具备独立完成中大型模块的能力。
2. RPA 技能：熟悉至少一种主流 RPA 平台（UiPath、Blue Prism、影刀、来也、达观等），或有基于 Python（PyAutoGUI、Selenium laywright、Requests 等）的自动化脚本开发经验。
3. AI 与智能体：了解 LLM 基本原理，有使用 OpenAI、Claude、文心一言、通义千问等模型 API 的经验；熟悉 Agent 开发框架及 P
pt Engineering，具备将大模型能力集成到业务系统的实践经验。
4. 数据分析能力：熟悉 SQL，能够使用 Pandas、NumPy 进行数据处理；了解常用机器学习算法具备 BI 报表（FineBI、Tableau、Power BI 或 Pyecharts/Plotly）开发能力者优先。
5.学历要求：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业优先。
