Hongshan District Zhuodaoquan Street Community Health Service Center is a comprehensive non-profit community health service institution integrating community health services and community elderly care, jointly built under the leadership of Zhuodaoquan Street and in collaboration with Wuhan Ganlin Health Group to improve regional functional facilities. The center began renovation and expansion at the end of 2014. After half a year, the infrastructure construction was fully completed in May 2015, and all medical equipment was installed and put into use. The construction of the center will assume corresponding social responsibilities for the government, enhance the supply capacity of public goods and services, and will provide basic medical and public health services for 19 communities under the jurisdiction of Zhuodaoquan Street (Wuhuan, Fuhushan, Jinquan, Gaochuang Jiayuan, Zhuodaoquan, Huquan, Mazhuangyuan, Luxiang, Xueya Fangling, Mingdu Huayuan, Gongchengda, Tiyuan, Guanggong, Hongxing, Luguang, Changzhiyuan, Wujiawan, 709 Suo, Guanxi), nearly 80,000 permanent residents and nearly 100,000 floating population. The center has a building area of approximately 5,300 square meters, with five floors in total. The first floor is for outpatient business departments, the second floor is for the Public Health Department and Traditional Chinese Medicine Department, the third and fourth floors are for "medical-care integration" wards, and the fifth floor is the administrative office area. It has 99 inpatient beds and is a comprehensive community health service institution integrating basic medical care, public health, and community elderly care in the form of "medical-care integration." It can provide residents in the jurisdiction with diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently occurring diseases, establish family health records, health education, infectious disease management, immunization, chronic disease management, maternal health management, child health management, and elderly health management, as well as public health services and community elderly care services. The center currently has 50 medical and nursing staff, including 19 physicians, 20 nurses, 4 pharmacists, and 4 medical technicians, among whom 4 have senior professional titles and 15 have intermediate professional titles. Medical departments and facilities are fully equipped, including general practice, Traditional Chinese Medicine, rehabilitation physiotherapy, public health, gynecology, pediatrics, oral health care room, laboratory, ECG and ultrasound room, color ultrasound room, radiology, bone density testing room, integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine inpatient department, and other departments. It is equipped with more than 80 advanced medical instruments and equipment, including digital radiography (DR), color ultrasound, electrocardiogram, fully automated biochemical analyzer, fully automated blood cell analyzer, electronic colposcope, breast diaphanoscope, microwave therapeutic apparatus, ATB bacterial identification and drug sensitivity analyzer, urine analyzer, multifunctional fumigation bed, traction bed, red (ultraviolet) infrared therapeutic apparatus, pulse acupuncture therapeutic apparatus, nerve injury therapeutic apparatus, etc. Adhering to the purpose of "based in the community, serving the community, healthy community," the center aims to meet the basic medical and public health service needs of community residents. It regularly carries out free clinic activities for residents and holds health education lectures to spread knowledge related to disease prevention and health care, providing community residents with safe, effective, convenient, and affordable medical services.
