岗位职责：
1.负责公司产品接口和后台功能开发，包含开发过程中bug的修复；
2.负责平台架构技术调优，遇到问题能够迅速排查，并提处相应的解决方案；
3.负责带领研发项目组配合产品经理对现有产品进行迭代、优化升级、发布；
4.协助部门经理进行团队管理，主要是成员的技术指导和日常管理；
5.配合部门经理的其他工作。
任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、网络工程等理工科专业；
2.5年以上后台开发经验，至少有两个研发项目的管理经验或者在项目中担任过重要角色；
3.java基础扎实，精通J2EE相关技术，熟练掌握Springboot、Spring MVC等相关技术并了解其原理；
4.熟悉kafka、ActiveMq、RabbitMQ等消息组件的使用，知其然知其所以然；
5.熟悉MySql、SqlServer、Oracle等数据库技术的相关解决方案与优化方法；
6.熟悉常用分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、微服务架构、缓存、消息、负载均衡等机制和实现；
7.对技术有较高的热情、善于钻研，有不达目的不罢休的精神追求；善于沟通，能够用清晰、准确的语言表达自己的观点和想法。
