岗位职责
1.负责核心业务系统的设计、开发与维护，确保代码质量与交付进度；

7.分析并解决开发过程中的技术难题，指导初级开发工程师。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年以上 Java 开发经验；
2.精通 Java SE，熟练掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等主流框架，具备微服务开发经验；
3.熟悉 RESTful API 设计与使用，熟练掌握 Maven、Git 等常用工具；
4.熟悉 MySQL/Oracle 数据库，能编写高质量 SQL，有数据库优化经验；
5.熟悉 Linux 操作系统，掌握常用命令，具备应用部署与运维经验；
6.熟悉以下常用中间件，具备实际使用经验：Redis（缓存）；消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ 等）；Nginx（反向代理、负载均衡）；
有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，责任心强，能承受一定工作压力；
7.熟悉 MongoDB、Elasticsearch 等 NoSQL 技术；有物联网（MQTT协议）、工业互联网业务项目经验；有大数据处理、性能优化经验。
