岗位职责：1、负责公司虚拟仿真项目后台管理系统及网页门户的设计、开发、管理，项目的部署、优化和运维，保证运行效率；
2、负责公司已有虚拟仿真项目后台维护、运维、部署，代码优化升级；
2、负责接口的开发，根据需求制定和改善系统开发架构与开发流程；
3、参与维护并不断发现和改进存在的问题，不断提升数据相关的系统性能。
任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业，本科以上学历，具有5年以上PHP 开发经验。
2. 精通PHP、 Swoole, 熟练使用开源框架（Laravel，Hyperf) ，能自主设计框架。
3. 至少精通一种关系型数据库（如：MySql、PostgreSql）,非关系型数据库（如：Redis、MongoDB）的开发，配置，维护以及性能优化。
4. 至少熟悉两门以上后端语音：Java 、C#等，有ASP.NET开发经验者优先
5.有对高频高并发数据写入以及存储，能搭建和优化对应数据库，服务器架构优先。
6.拥有良好代码习惯，要求结构清晰，逻辑性强，复用率高，代码冗余低。
7.有严谨的工作态度，思路清晰，业务敏感，执行力强。
8.诚恳踏实，学习能力强，沟通能力佳，有中高级软考证书。
