本园坐落在安徽省芜湖市郊区，共有二所幼儿园和一所青少年艺术培训中心，分别是芜湖县西河小百灵幼儿园、和平幼儿园、勇峰青少年艺术培训中心，属幼儿园兼培训中心。西河小百灵幼儿园占地面积1100平方米，目前开设了四个班级；和平幼儿园占地面积3630平方米，目前开设了五个班级。培训中心可以面向中、小学生招生，下学期开设英语、奥数、舞蹈、美术等课程，培训班的教师全部由幼儿园教师兼职，培训班的收入任课教师和本园五五分成。
