Shenzhen Bao'an District Songgang Jianfeng Hardware Factory was founded in 1995. Our company specializes in using automatic lathes, CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, centerless grinders and other equipment imported from Japan and Taiwan to provide automatic lathe processing, CNC lathe processing, and CNC machining for manufacturers across the country. We process and produce various precision hardware parts for customers, including micro motor shafts, copper connectors for home appliances, copper heads for atomizers, automotive hardware parts, mechanical equipment parts, computer and electronic hardware accessories, electrical hardware accessories, aluminum alloy mobile phone frames and high-end communication equipment parts, hardware parts for fishing gear, toys and locks, etc. Materials include: copper, iron, aluminum, POM (acetal steel) and stainless steel.



Our factory currently has more than 6,000 square meters of production workshop, more than 70 automatic lathes from Taiwan and Japan, more than 30 CNC lathes, more than 10 CNC machining centers, and more than 200 other large and small secondary processing equipment. We are able to undertake large-batch parts processing and production for manufacturers in various industries. The factory passed ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification in 2002.
