岗位职责：
负责常见中间件日常
1.负责公司(Web、消息、负载均衡、缓存）中间件实施运维工作，APM监控，自动化运维，PaaS产品的实施工作；
2.涉及到脚本编写、项目文档编写等工作；
3.项目现场涉及中间件运维的工作。

任职要求：
本科（学信网可查）及以上学历，3年以上工作经验；
良好的沟通能力、项目和部门协作能力、学习能力和责任心；
具备项目交付管理经验，能独立支持项目交付过程的涉及的沟通协调、成本、风险、进度管理工作。

技能要求：
1、Java基础(开发或支持经验），可以写简单的java代码或者能够有基础的java代码阅读能力。
2、中间件实战经验(Apache/Nginx/Tomcat/Jboss/Weblogic/WebShpere/TongWeb/金蝶/中创中间件），包括产品安装、参数调优、问题排查，掌握常用的问题分析命令或工具，如jstack、jstat、headdump、mat、top等。
2、熟悉Linux系统，掌握常用命令、系统服务。熟悉常用软件的安装、如Apache、nginx、redis等。
3、熟悉常用的关系型数据库的安装、使用。如mysql、oracle等。
4、有一定的网络基础，理解TCP/IP、HTTP、等常用协议。熟悉相关工具的使用和配置，如tcpdump、firewall等；
5、具备脚本编写能力，能通过脚本快速高效的完成工作，如Shell/Perl/Python，以及awk、sed等；
6、监控软件支持经验(zabbix+Prometheus+nagos安装部署+采集指标/流程基础知识；
7、熟练使用K8S，系统理解K8S架构、原理、概念，熟悉1-2款K8S集群管理或者云原生管理工具，如kubeadm、rancher、kubesphere；
8、动手能力强，良好的分析解决问题能力和学习能力。

更佳技能：
有金融行业、电信运营商或互联网公司的运维工作经验；
有操作系统、中间件、数据库和网络等相关产品认证。
