Shanghai Liye Investment Holding Co., Ltd. was established in July 2013 with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. Liye is committed to product development and service innovation in the energy and high-tech sectors, continuously extending the service value chain and actively promoting the integration of industry and finance. Liye Holding currently operates three major business segments: Energy, Equipment, and Materials. By building an industrial cluster integrating R&D centers, big data centers, and asset management centers, Liye continuously enhances its core competitiveness.

1. The Energy segment of Liye provides customers with efficient management and operation services through two major platforms: supply chain and digitalization. After nearly a decade of dedicated efforts, its service scope now covers the entire coal industry chain, accumulating rich industry experience and core customer resources.
2. The Equipment segment of Liye is a professional metallurgical equipment technology company integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, production, and services, aiming to create a leading domestic brand in China's special metallurgy field and provide special melting equipment, melting processes, and new metallurgical products with independent intellectual property rights.
3. The Materials segment of Liye has its R&D base in the Large Aircraft Industrial Park of the Lingang New Area in Shanghai, and its production base in the Modern Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park of the Yueyang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Hunan Province. As a key construction project of Hunan Province in 2021, it primarily undertakes precision casting of high-end equipment and components such as aerospace engines and gas turbines.
