岗位职责
1、负责充换电业务模块（如充电桩监控、车网互动等）的后台系统设计、开发与维护，支持高并发场景下的业务需求；
2、基于SpringBoot、SpringCloud技术栈搭建微服务架构，实现业务模块解耦与高效协同；
3、优化充换电业务相关接口性能，保障系统高可用性、高稳定性及数据安全性，解决分布式场景下的技术难题；
4、与硬件团队、前端工程师协作开发，支持设备通信协议（如MQTT、TCP/IP）集成及物联网数据交互；
5、参与需求评审与业务逻辑设计，编写核心模块设计文档、接口文档及运维手册，确保代码规范性与可维护性。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Java开发经验，精通SpringBoot、SpringCloud微服务架构及组件（如Nacos、Gateway、OpenFeign）熟悉MySQL、Redis等数据库及缓存技术，具备SQL优化及分库分表经验，熟悉分布式事务（Seata），掌握消息中间件（Kafka/RabbitMQ）、分布式任务调度（XXL-JOB）等技术，熟悉Linux环境部署与常用命令；
2、熟悉充换电业务逻辑（如电池生命周期管理、换电订单流程），有物联网、能源行业开发经验者优先；
3、有新能源行业（如换电站、充电桩、储能系统）项目经验，熟悉相关通信协议或硬件对接，参与过分布式系统设计，熟悉高可用架构（如熔断降级、灰度发布）优先；
4、良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识，能承担项目核心模块开发与进度把控。
