Key Responsibilities
Assist Engineering manager to lift up team professional competence improve existing design database, benchmark database,validation specification etc.
Assist Engineering manager on cost reduction activities from techncial point Collect innovation ideas recommend IIP/IDP/ADP project ffuture.
Applies advanced theories, concepts, principles, processes fan assigned area of expertise.
Provides technical support fproduct design development, verification methods, necessary analyses, etc. Analyzes highly complex design problems independently formulates engineering conclusions by the application of engineering / mathematical models / principles.
Act as expertise on design review, technical problem solvingganizing technical forum in team.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
Target 10+ years of diversified engineering experience with increasing responsibilities authorities in product design, analysis, testing.
Ability to apply utilize advanced math-based tools, academic,regulatory engineering principles in the development of automotive components and/sub assemblies/systems.
Demonstrated a professional knowledge of drawings including design manufacturing.
Thorough knowledge understanding of DFMEA, FEA, DVP&R, GD&T, QFD Design fExperiment.
