岗位职责：
1、参与产品的全生命周期，包括规划、需求、功能设计、系统开发和*终交付等相关工作，能够有组织有条理的安排整个项目计划推进，对项目范围合理界定；
2、参与产品迭代需求的交付管理，制定迭代交付计划并进行跟踪；
3、深入理解业务需求, 独立完成软件系统及模块程序设计与前后端代码编写，承担部分软件功能模块设计；
4、负责方案讨论、技术调研，解决开发中的技术难题，能够及时梳理总结技术及业务知识体系，形成知识库；
5、根据产品具体要求，承担开发任务，按计划完成任务目标（包含短期出差任务）。
任职要求：
1、3~5年以上工作经验，掌握Java语言、熟悉J2EE项目开发、精通Java设计模式；熟悉VUE、MVVM模式前端代码编写；具备良好的编码习惯;
2、熟练掌握Spring boot、MyBatis、Spring MVC、Redis等常用框架；
3、熟练掌握MySQL、SQL Server等主流数据库，了解Redis、mongodb等NoSQL数据库，有Java，MySQL性能调优经验者优先；
4、熟悉IDEA、Maven等开发工具的使用，熟悉常用代码管理系统GitLab、SVN的提交、分支、合并、冲突解决等相关操作；
6、具有设计和开发对外API接口经验和能力，对多线程/定时调度/消息中间件等有实际项目经验；
7、具备较强的学习能力和解决问题能力，有较强的协调、沟通能力和团队精神，注重学习新技术，乐于分享；
8、能承受一定的工作压力，踏实敬业，耐心细致；
9、有APS产品开发经验优先，有小批量、离散性制造行业MES\ERP\MOM产品开发经验优先，有WEB图形化开发经验优先；
