【岗位职责】
1、需求分析与设计：
深度理解项目需求，和项目经理、产品经理以及客户沟通，分析需求文档，确保对业务流程和技术要求有清晰的理解。参与系统和软件架构的设计讨论并负责部分模块设计。选择合适的技术栈和框架来实现系统功能。
2、编码实现：
根据需求文档或者需求说明，使用Java、SQL语言进行编码，遵循编码规范和*佳实践，确保代码的可读性、可维护性和扩展性。利用Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Nacos、Redis、RocketMQ等流行框架提高开发效率。编写单元测试，确保代码质量。
3、代码调试与优化：
对代码进行调试，解决开发过程中出现的问题。性能调优，包括数据库查询优化、算法优化等。代码审查，和其他开发者一起保证代码质量。
4、文档编写：
编写技术文档，如设计文档、接口文档、用户手册、工作量评估文档(如COSMIC、NESMA、FPA)等。更新维护文档，保持文档与实际代码的一致性。
5、测试与部署：
配合测试团队进行集成测试、系统测试。协助解决测试阶段发现的问题。参与软件的部署工作(包括CI/CD流水线)，有时需要进行现场技术支持。

【岗位要求】
1、本科以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数学、统计学相关专业；
2、有2年以上java开发工作经验；
3、掌握项目管理流程、具备较强的需求分析能力；
4、具有较强的协调能力、沟通能力和统筹管理能力；
5、具有较强的责任心和工作热情，能在高压下工作；
6、能接受短期其他省份出差，有DEVOPS认证优先；
